Ride description:
You may remember from a couple of years hearing that Paul Lawrence rode 80 km a day for 80 days to celebrate his 80th birthday. This year he is taking on a new challenge to ride 26 miles a day, 7 days a week, for 16 weeks. If you do the math, that's a total of 2912 miles. Paul will be culminating this achievement by riding to the Americas Grow a Row farm in Pittstown next Wednesday. The plan is to have a large group of cyclists join him at the Quakertown Fire Company at 11AM to ride the final 3 miles with him, ending at the Americas Grow a Row farm.
UPDATE: The Quakertown Fire Company will be escorting the ride from their site to the America's Grow a Row farm.

I've created a route where we can ride from the Americas Grow a Row farm to the Quakertown Fire Company, join the large group and ride back to the farm. The route then continues and will eventually go past Sky Manor airport where we could stop for lunch. Alternatively, we could just skip the second part of the ride and just go for lunch at Sky Manor if we want.
It's going be be on the cool side, but it would be great for exposure for our club if we had a presence at the ride.
The ride will be cancelled if there is a likelihood of rain.
No drops.

As a reminder, on group rides we ride in a single file when on County roads or when there is traffic coming up from behind us, and use hand signals so vehicles know where we're going.
