Mid Winter/Early spring ride T3 C+ B- 39

Weather  looks good enough to ride, call it midwinter, or early spring, but don't miss a chance to spin those legs.  A lumpy loop from Prallsville  mill parking lot. ( Stockton N.J. ) Trying for 9:45 depart. Anticipate a C plus  ?B-minus, winter legs pace.  Somewhat hilly  . Possible  coffee /food stop , and restrooms at Washington Crossing Park.
