Ringoes to Frenchtown via Lower Creek Rd. 42 miles (elev. 35’/mi.)

Leaving my pied-a -terre at 9:00, we will ride through Sergeantsville to Prallsville and meet the other WJW group. We will join them for the ride north on Rt. 29 to Frenchtown for a stop at the coffee shop. We return on Rt. 29 to Lower Creek Rd. ride along the scenic Wickecheoke Creek, and pass the historic Green Sergeant Covered Bridge, before returning to Ringoes. This is OPTION 1.

OPTION 2 is a little hillier than option 1 and leaves Frenchtown by way of Everittstown Rd., and goes up to the plateau on the return to Ringoes.

Stockton to Frenchtown on Rt 29 (04/17/2026)

NOTE: This ride is listed as a C Ride, but riders can ride at their own pace to Frenchtown.

10:00 uat Prallsville Mill in Stockton (24 miles). We'll ride along Route 29 to Frenchtown for our rest stop, and then return via Route 29. If you wish, you can extend your ride by adding extra miles after the rest stop (just let me know that you'll be on your own). For Frenchtown rest stops...Coffee Shop

This ride is ideal for members who are looking for a fairly flat ride at a more relaxed pace. This would be ideal for spouses who want to get started riding or members who are new to group riding.

We will start at Prallsville Mills in Stockton and stop at the Perfect Day Cafe in Frenchtown for a coffee and a snack before returning to the ride starting point. If riders want, the ride distance can be extended.

Riding time will be about an hour in each direction at a relaxed pace. We will stay together as a group, NO DROPS.

We will leave Prallsville at the same time as the other club ride.

OPTION 1…a SHORTER RIDE. Bikers wanting a shorter ride (18 miles) can start from Bulls Island on route 29. This ride will start 15 minutes after the ride from Prallsville. Be on route 29’s right shoulder ready to go as the Prallsville group passes Bulls Island.

Helmets are Mandatory. High Viz clothing, front/rear flashers as well as mirrors highly recommended.
