C+ Tuesday Evening Ride from Delaware Township School

26 miles (elev. 54’/mi.)

We will start at Delaware Township School (far end of the parking lot) on Rosemont Ringoes Road in Sergeantsville. The route takes us on beautiful, rural roads around Stockton, Kingwood and Sergeantsville, with very few cars. We will ride at the pace of the group, leaving no riders behind. We can stop for a bit near the Covered Bridge. which is about the midway, to rest and refuel.

NOTE: RIDE START IS 5:30 PM

Helmets Mandatory Front/rear flashers, mirrors, and high viz clothing recommend

Wednesday, July 8, 7:00 PM: America’s 250th Celebration with the Hunterdon Symphony

CELEBRATE AMERICA! The Hunterdon Symphony is proud to be your hometown orchestra — and excited to perform at this important Hunterdon County celebration and milestone in American history: the nation’s 250th Anniversary only comes around once! The concert will feature patriotic and made-in-America pieces from beginning to end, followed by the biggest fireworks display the County has ever seen! A program of rousing, evocative music includes familiar works by Sousa, Horner, Bernstein, and Copland, among others. You might also hear a movement from Seven Stories of Old Hunterdon, composed by our own Lawrence Kursar. This special 250th celebration will also have a reading of the Declaration of Independence before the performance. We will meet at my Pied a Terre at 8:30, ride a slightly longer route to Prallsville and meet up with the rest of the Friday bikers. After a rest stop in Frenchtown, we will return to Prallsville via Rt. 29, ride on Lower Creek Rd. and take scenic country roads back to Ringoes for a total of 50 miles.

Ride Starts at 8:30, from 5 Hart Ln. Ringoes.

Arrive early enough so that you are ready to go at 8:30. We are coordinating our start time to meet the other WJW group in Prallsville when they leave at 9:30 for Frenchtown.

Stockton to Frenchtown on Rt 29 (07/10/2026)

NOTE: This ride is listed as a C Ride, but riders can ride at their own pace to Frenchtown.

0930 at Prallsville Mill in Stockton (24 miles). We'll ride along Route 29 to Frenchtown for our rest stop, and then return via Route 29. If you wish, you can extend your ride by adding extra miles after the rest stop (just let me know that you'll be on your own). For Frenchtown rest stops...Coffee Shop

Helmets and red rear light and front light required. Mirror are strongly required. Rain cancels (decision made and posted by 8:30). Please RSVP
